Our Policies
New Clients
New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time so that the groomer can evaluate your pet’s coat and answer any questions you may have.
Cancellations
We ask that any cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance. Less than a 48 hour notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the service. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the missed service. In addition, if an appointment was cancelled less than 48hrs in advance or you no showed, there will be a $50.00 rebooking fee.
Vaccinations
Any new client being serviced in our salon must be up to date on RABIES vaccination.
Proof Required
ALL dogs must be current on rabies, at the very least. PROOF REQUIRED
We strongly advise that all dogs are vaccinated against all infectious diseases including but not limited to distemper, Bordetella, hepatitis, parainfluenza adenovirus type 2, parvovirus, corona and leptospirosis.
Fleas
Should the groomer find evidence of fleas after drop off, it will be under the groomer’s discretion to perform a flea & tick bath immediately to inhibit an infestation within our grooming salon.
An additional fee of $50.00 will be imposed.
Health / Behavioral Issues
If a dog is showing excessive negative behavioral issues toward the groomer (biting or growling) that cannot be corrected by using positive reinforcement, it will be under the groomer’s discretion to continue to perform any service for the safety of the groomer or the animal. Furthermore, any pet who suffers from any chronic, medical condition(s) (epilepsy, heart condition, spinal injuries, etc) you must inform the groomer of such, so extra gentle handling can be taken.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of our customers.
20% is a standard in our industry and CASH is preferred.
